When it comes to fueling your body appropriately you can't follow a cookie cutter plan. To achieve long lasting results a nutrition and wellness plan has to include all foods to increase compliance and allow you to enjoy the foods/drinks that you love.
What makes me upset the most is when I hear how defeated a client is because they have tried so many nutrition and wellness plans in the past to end up exactly at the same starting point. I will be your coach forever but my goal is to teach you the tools and personalize them so you understand the concepts to sustain them for the rest of your life.

I am not an advocate for logging long term but once you receive your nutrition and wellness plan it gives us the ability to track data to guarantee results.
Once your workouts are programmed all you have to do is press start and follow along. Instructions are at the top, instructional videos help to know what you're doing and you can log your weights.
With the 2 way messaging system you have the ability to ask questions 5 days a week to help implement your plan and get quick feedback.

Anyone! I have worked with clients who are as young as 16 to as mature as 80. I have worked with clients who have past injuries or currently have a chronic illness or disease. As I've said, you're not 6 ft. in the ground so you can always improve.
The short answer is no, but there is a reason why.
Meal plans tend to be restrictive, overwhelming, and very hard to adhere to as 98% of them fail.
I coach clients on how to increase the quality of their food, tweak their favorite recipe to include nutrient-dense ingredients, how navigate traveling or eating out, and how a donut or a beer can be included to still achieve results.
Clients have the best results when they are able to complete 2-3 strength training workouts a week with 2 cardio workouts in between. With the app, these can be scheduled to fit your lifestyle as they don't have to be completed on the same day each week.
All workouts will be based on your current fitness level determined during your fitness assessment.
I find that the best results include 2 days of traditional strength training, 1 day of High-intensity Interval Training, and 2 cardiovascular workouts.
This helps to train all the different energy systems so that you can be ready to take on whatever life hands you.
After you purchase, the program you'll be asked to fill out a consultation form where you can tell me what equipment you have available. I will then customize your training program to include equipment that you have rather than you having to buy more.
