I LOVED the 6 week Lean Bod program! It’s very easy to use – everything is done via an app, and Lynde sent me workouts each day. I found the program to be a great fit for me: I needed pre-planned strength training workouts because I’m not good at coming up with those on my own, but also needed the flexibility to complete the workouts when it worked best with my schedule. I liked completing the workouts on my own without having a trainer stand over me and watch, but also really liked that each workout came with a video clip so I could make sure I was performing the exercise correctly. The meal component of the program was great, too; it helped me to be more mindful of what I ate without being restrictive; it fit with my lifestyle.
And Lynde is the best! She checked in regularly, offered guidance and advice when I asked for it, sent helpful articles and blog posts, and was always very responsive to messages.
After 6 weeks, I am proud to say I have lost weight, my clothes fit better, and I can see the change in my body. Most importantly, I feel better! I plan to continue the program on my own, and would absolutely recommend it – and Lynde – to anyone.
